How to search for a doctor or facility.

If you are unable to visit the campus health center, use Cigna OAP providers whenever possible.

It is best to locate a Cigna doctor, urgent care center, and emergency room near you before you get sick. Always verify the provider is part of the Cigna OAP Network before you receive treatment.

To find a provider, call (800) 441-2668 or visit the Cigna website (link below).

Enter your Address, City, Zip.
Select Doctor by Type, Doctor by Name or Health Facilities.
If you do not have your Login Information, Continue as guest.
Select Continue.
Select Open Access Plus, Open Access Plus Tiered.
Select a provider from the list.

It is very important to make sure that your address, phone number, and email address on file at the school are current and accurate. If not, ID cards, explanation of benefits and other notifications about your student health insurance plan may not get to you. If you have moved or your contact information has changed, please make sure you update your contact information with your school.
